Net a Fish 2x Luck: Price, Perks, and Pass Comparison

What does the 2x Luck pass do?

Chasing rarer catches? Net a Fish 2x luck costs 349 Robux and doubles luck for your net casts. Its benefit targets fish rarity, which matters when you’re working on your collection.

The game’s fishing loop connects collecting fish with building up your base: you throw your net, catch fish, and display your catches in a pool that earns cash every second. The luck pass affects the catching side of that loop. Separate passes handle showcase earnings, mutation chance, and the number of fish caught.

Match your purchase to the bonus you actually want. Choose casting luck for rarer fish, or compare the other bonuses below before spending your Robux.

How it compares with other game passes

Several passes affect fishing, but their bonuses target different mechanics.

Game pass	Price	Effect
2x Luck	349 Robux	Doubles luck for net casts
Helpers Luck	499 Robux	Doubles luck for the Spear Gun, Fisherman, and Boat
Mutation Hunter	249 Robux	Doubles mutation chance
2x Fish Caught	399 Robux	Doubles the number of fish caught
2x Money	399 Robux	Doubles money earned from showcased fish

Separate your net casts from helper fishing when comparing luck bonuses. Helpers Luck specifically covers the Spear Gun, Fisherman, and Boat. If those are the systems you want to improve, compare that pass with the casting bonus before purchasing.

For mutations, look at Mutation Hunter’s dedicated 2x mutation chance. For cash from fish already on display, look at 2x Money’s showcase multiplier. These bonuses address different goals, even though they all sit within the same fishing and collection loop.

What about automatic casting?

Auto Throw costs 29 Robux and automatically casts your net while you’re inside your base. Its benefit is casting convenience; the luck pass supplies the rarity bonus.

Keep that location requirement in mind when considering automation: Auto Throw operates inside your base. Compare it with the luck pass by deciding which action you want to change—casting automatically or boosting luck on your casts.
