Net a Fish Net Magnet: Price and Gamepass Comparison

What Does Net Magnet Do?

The Net a Fish net magnet pulls nearby fish toward your net and costs 399 Robux. Its appeal is straightforward: fish attraction adds a different effect from increasing your net’s size or doubling your catch count. Compare those effects before deciding where to spend your Robux.

Net Magnet is a gamepass in Net a Fish! on Roblox. Look for that exact pass name when purchasing, especially because the shop also includes several other upgrades aimed at catching more fish.

Net Magnet vs. Other Fishing Gamepasses

Several passes affect net fishing, but their bonuses target different parts of a cast.

Gamepass	Price	Effect
Net Magnet	399 Robux	Pulls nearby fish toward the net
Big Net	149 Robux	Increases net size by 50%
Longer Reel	149 Robux	Extends reel time and adds 2.5 ft of net width
2x Fish Caught	399 Robux	Doubles fish caught
2x Luck	349 Robux	Doubles luck for rarer fish on casts

Compare attraction, dimensions, catch count, and luck separately. Net Magnet’s pull is a different mechanic from Big Net’s size increase. Likewise, 2x Fish Caught changes the number of fish caught, while 2x Luck targets rarity through its luck bonus.

For a size upgrade, compare Big Net’s percentage increase with Longer Reel’s added width and longer reel time. Both cost 149 Robux, but they offer different benefits.

At the 399-Robux price point, compare Net Magnet directly with 2x Fish Caught. Choose the magnetic effect if attracting nearby fish is the feature you want; choose the catch multiplier if doubling fish caught is your priority.

Mutation Hunter adds another distinct fishing bonus: 249 Robux buys double the mutation chance. Compare that effect with 2x Luck’s rarity bonus when choosing between those passes. Mutation chance, rarity, and nearby-fish attraction are separate purchase options with different stated effects.

Helpers also have their own upgrades. Turbo Helpers costs 499 Robux and makes the Fisherman, Boat, and Spear Gun work 50% faster while bringing in double the fish. Helpers Luck also costs 499 Robux, but doubles luck for those three helpers instead. Compare helper speed and fish output with helper luck if those fishing systems are the ones you want to improve.

The +1 Pet Slot pass costs 399 Robux, matching the magnetic pass’s price. It lets you have two pets out at once: both hunt fish, and the second pet’s money bonus adds to the first pet’s bonus. Include that option in your comparison if you want another active pet rather than a change to your net.

Keep Fishing Effects Separate From Automation

The game also sells passes that handle repeated actions:

• Auto Throw — 29 Robux: Automatically casts your net while you’re inside your base.
• Auto Collect — 49 Robux: Collects the money earned by your showcase automatically.

Match the purchase to the action you want help with. For repeated casting inside your base, consider Auto Throw. For collecting showcase earnings, consider Auto Collect. For pulling nearby fish toward your net, look at Net Magnet.

Your showcased fish earn cash every second, so collecting money is a separate part of the fishing loop. Compare the 399-Robux 2x Money pass if increasing showcase income is your goal: its bonus doubles money from showcased fish.

Auto Fuse costs 199 Robux and automates another task entirely. The cooler fuses fish whenever a stack reaches the required amount, then continues through higher fusion stages. The sequence includes 10 fish becoming Shiny and eight Shiny becoming Gold. Choose that pass for automatic cooler fusion; choose Auto Throw for automatic casting inside your base.

Extra Showcase (+3 slots) costs 299 Robux and adds three showcase slots at your base. Compare the extra display capacity with 2x Money’s income multiplier when planning a showcase purchase. One adds slots for fish, while the other doubles earnings from showcased fish.

For offline earnings, Offline Pro (+25%) costs 149 Robux and provides a 25% offline money boost plus 24-hour offline collection. Keep that purchase tied to your offline income goals when comparing it with passes that affect casting, catches, or collection during play.
