What Does the Showcase Do?
Your Net a Fish showcase turns the fish in your pool into cash every second. That income pays for upgrades to your dock, nets, boats, and helpers. Keep refreshing your lineup as you catch stronger fish so your pool keeps contributing to your next purchase.
The showcase is the fish display at your own base. Your cooler holds your catches, while the fish placed in the pool generate ongoing income. Catching something valuable is only part of the process—you also need to put it on display.
You can play Net a Fish! on Roblox and manage your pool from your dock.
How to Put Fish in Your Pool
Work through this sequence after bringing in a batch of catches:

- Throw your net and reel in your catch. Your caught fish go into the cooler.
- Open the cooler. Review what you caught before selling anything.
- Use Equip Best. Use this option to refresh your displayed lineup, or take out a particular fish and place it in the pool yourself.
- Review the fish on display. Compare their money values when deciding which catches deserve space.
- Collect the money your showcase produces. Auto Collect can handle collection if you own that pass.
Repeat the cooler check after a valuable catch. Upgrading your fishing equipment helps bring in fish, but reviewing your lineup is what connects those catches to your pool income.
Use Store All when you want to rebuild the display, then use Equip Best or place your chosen fish again. Finish by checking the pool so you can see which fish are actually displayed.
Which Fish Should You Keep?
Compare money values when choosing fish for an income-focused pool. Rarity and catch odds help you browse your collection, but the earning value is the number that matters for this particular job.

The cooler includes sorting options for rarity and odds. Use those to find catches you want to inspect, then compare their income before changing your display.
Keep these decisions separate:
- Display: Choose fish for the cash they contribute.
- Fusion: Set aside duplicates you intend to combine.
- Selling: Review the remaining fish before clearing inventory.
Auto-sell includes rarity settings. Review your cutoff before enabling it, especially while you are still deciding which duplicates to keep for fusion.
The fusion ladder starts with 10 fish → Shiny, followed by 8 Shiny → Gold. Auto Fuse costs 199 Robux and automatically combines eligible stacks, continuing through the fusion ladder. After fusing, reopen the cooler and review your display again.
Showcase Passes: Slots, Income, and Collection
These passes affect three different parts of running your pool:
| Game Pass | Price | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Extra Showcase (+3 slots) | 299 Robux | Adds 3 showcase slots at your base |
| 2x Money | 399 Robux | Doubles money from showcased fish |
| Auto Collect | 49 Robux | Automatically collects showcase money |
Check what you need before choosing a pass. If you have fish you want to display but no available space, compare the extra slots with your current lineup. If you want higher earnings from displayed fish, look at the money multiplier. If collecting cash interrupts your fishing, consider the collection automation.
Extra Showcase adds three slots; that number is the additional capacity the pass provides.
Auto Throw serves a separate purpose. It costs 29 Robux and automatically casts your net while you are inside your base. Keep that distinction in mind when choosing between casting and collection automation.
Keep New Catches Coming
Your net, Fisherman, Spear Gun, and Boat all contribute catches. Upgrade these alongside your pool so you keep getting fish to review, display, fuse, or sell.
The Boat acts as a fishing helper, heading out to catch fish. Pets also hunt fish, and the +1 Pet Slot pass allows two pets to be active together, with the second pet’s money bonus adding to the first.
Before spending your next batch of earnings:
- Check the cooler for fish worth displaying.
- Review duplicates before selling or fusing them.
- Compare your available net and helper upgrades.
- Recheck your auto-sell settings after changing what you want to keep.
Rebirth unlocks new worlds and bigger rewards. Open its requirements panel when you are ready to progress: having enough cash alone does not always satisfy the fish requirement.
